Energy Lab Weekend Report: April

Published by Bethany on

The last few weeks have been major! Lots of great training and racing fun to report on.

This past weekend was particularly epic. Coach Kathryn Taylor along with Megan Melgaard put in an amazing first running of swimrun Georgia and many of us got to participate.

Congrats to Team #feartheplatypus Harold Waldrop and Rahul Mahesh for coming in 3rd male short course team!

Nice job to Bryan and Melanie for coming in first coed long course team!

Great work to Meg and Sarah for snagging 3rd female short course team.

Bethany and John Rutledge also participated in the short course

In Marietta, Mistye Wilson and Stacey Parlotto tackled the East Cobb Red Run and both placed 1st in their respective age groups.  Awesome job to both you ladies!

At IRONMAN Texas, Josh Louviere had a very well executed race and he came super close to his stretch goal of 12 hours finishing just shy in 12:09

And in Lima, Peru Sergio Sanchez put together a solid race at the first running of the 70.3 there.

Finally at the Smoky Mountains Relay Carolina and Coach Ed were part of the winning team who ran 206 miles in 28 hours!
