I’m excited about a number of things I’m working on now:

  • Writing a book empowering women to try endurance sports, “The Courage to Tri.” Targeted publication date Fall 2018
  • Launching the Grit and Dirt blog and podcast with Kathryn Taylor. This project is centered around the idea that one small change can act as a catalyst to change and improve your life in other areas.
  • Continuing to grow Energy Lab Coaching and adding in a nutrition program element with Ilana Katz
