#12weeksallin

Published by Bethany on

So I totally meant to write about #12weeksallin two weeks ago, but time just got away from me. If you’ve been doing triathlon for a long time, then you’ve probably realized that no matter how gung ho you were at first, now matter how diligently you’ve trained, or how badly you want to improve, the way motivation works is that it ebbs and flows. In some ways I’ve been all in since the beginning. There is certainly a lot more to life than triathlon, but I enjoy living the lifestyle.

Triathlon has become my hobby and also my job. I spend a lot of time asking other people to pay attention to the small details in their own training in order to get the very best out of themselves. I noticed that in some ways, I wasn’t as good about doing the same thing for myself. No matter how ‘wise’ I get or how long I stay in this sport, I simply am unable to be objective when it comes to myself. Thing were stale and I needed a change.

So two weeks ago, I started a new leg of the journey. For 12 weeks and then 18 weeks, I would seek to truly do things as they were meant to be done and like I would tell someone to do them. All the small details and everything right. Can’t wait!

Now, I help writers, solopreneurs, and athletes reach their goals using the same process.
