- No alarms on the weekends
2. Running/cycling if and until you feel like it, then stopping when you feel like it
3. Trying to figure out how to stay warm without exercising
3. Trying out new hobbies or arts and crafts
4. Indulging in what you’ve been craving
5. Entering nothing in Training Peaks
6. Doing all runs with these turkeys
7. Taking a break from constant laundry
8. Being afraid to put on non-elastic waistband pants
9. Watching a non- DVR’d TV show from start to finish
10. Read. Since September, I’ve read the Enders Game Series, four of the Shadow Series, a few other miscellaneous book and 23 (!!) silo books whether they be Hugh Howey’s originals or pretty much every other fan fiction piece out there.
