Things to get out of your system in November

  1. No alarms on the weekends

Early-morning_0012. Running/cycling if and until you feel like it, then stopping when you feel like it

3. Trying to figure out how to stay warm without exercising

3. Trying out new hobbies or arts and crafts

Now that is creativity

Sadie modeling a pumpkin hat. What can I say, I’m an artiste

4. Indulging in what you’ve been craving

Dunkin-Hines-Cake-Mix

I ate ALL that

5. Entering nothing in Training Peaks

Notice helpful text in case I forget how to enter workouts

6. Doing all runs with these turkeys

7. Taking a break from constant laundry

That person is way too organized. Clipping up calf sleeves to dry!?

8.  Being afraid to put on non-elastic waistband pants

9. Watching a non- DVR’d TV show from start to finish

10. Read. Since September, I’ve read the Enders Game Series, four of the Shadow Series, a few other miscellaneous book and 23 (!!) silo books whether they be Hugh Howey’s originals or pretty much every other fan fiction piece out there.

How have you been spending your non-training hours this November?
