Question of the week: Should I use a fan indoors?

By bethany If your goal is to improve your cycling performance through indoor cycling then cooler is better. Simply put, dissipating heat through the use of fans and a cool room will allow a higher output during tough sessions, which then with consistency and recovery will then allow you to improve your output over time. However, if your goal is to shed water weight and sweat so much that the mop comes out post-class, then you should forego the fans and cooling and come outfitted in sweats and an impermeable plastic suit. Ironman Texas Race Report- 2013

First of all, I want to say that I So enjoyed training and racing with the IM TX group. We didn’t all always train together but it was really fun the times we did. Dog Jog and Mountain Madness Relay Weekend!

The Dog Jog Saturday, May 4th was the Dog Jog. Sadie was going for first female again. She has won in the past three times maybe? Race Report Rundown – Spring 2013I

Last blog was fall 2012, so yes I see that I’m a little behind. Lots of stuff happening in triathlon world though. Here’s a rundown of training and races as of late. Here’s where I spend a good portion of my time lately, at the Energy Lab!
