I thought your book was excellent even if it’s not your first tri… I’ve done a couple sprints and a couple half marathons, a few 10 miler runs… we do a 2 day 175 mile bike ride to benefit MS every year. I have 2 kids ages 5,3 and work full time at an NP. I am signed up for the Delaware Oh 70.3 in July and am a bit nervous. I will be doing my first Olympic in June as well. In your book you said you have more advanced training plans on your website so I’m looking for a 70.3 one. Thanks and you are amazing!
