Energy Lab is proud to introduce our 2015 coaching staff! We are excited to bring some new faces on board. Each of our new coaches specializes in working with a different niche of athlete and together they comprise an extremely well-rounded and knowledgeable crew.

In 2014 we worked with a variety of athletes from first time sprint triathletes to first time IRONMAN athletes. We also helped others take that next step and achieve 140.6 PRs. We also worked with Boston Qualifiers, 70.3 World Championship Qualifiers, and Age Group National Qualifers, and USAT World Qualifiers. Are you ready to get your triathlon journey started? Check out our coach bios by clicking on the highlighted links below and see which coach is the best fit for you!

Heather will be checking off her USA Triathlon certification box in January, however, she has been teaching riders to train with power at Energy Lab classes for awhile now. She has also been coaching running and cycling with Atlanta Tri Club for several years. Heather is most excited about working with athletes new to the sport, who may be intimated by all there is to learn.

Hi, I’m Bethany–coach, author of Courage to Tri, 2x Kona qualifier, and twin mom. In a decade of coaching and racing triathlon around the world—from first sprint to IRONMAN Hawaii—I learned a ton about mindset: finding your why, sustaining motivation, overcoming obstacles, and goal setting. Now, I help writers, solopreneurs, and athletes reach their goals using the same process.
