If you have a body, you’re an athlete. Don’t believe me?
When I started running, I knew next-to-nothing about endurance sports. Triathlon was for uber-athletes, former Division I swimmers, and people who had life figured out.
Triathlon was confusing. And intimidating! But it doesn’t have to be that way.
After getting so much out of the sport, I’m here to help you become an athlete—or a better, stronger, and faster athlete.
So whether you’re brand new to fitness or looking to squeeze the last bit of performance out of yourself, I’ve got something for you.

P.S. Want some virtual or in-person company on those long runs? Training is more fun with community. Check out Atlanta Tri Club for group training and Energy Lab for triathlon and swim coaching!
