QOTW: How can I get up that early?!

Unless you have a flexible or nontraditional work schedule, something that nearly every dedicated athlete must face is the prospect of getting some training done early in the morning, while others are still snug in their beds. But how best to make it happen? This week’s question is answered below by some of our faithful morning regulars and AM instructors. Some of these folks have dutifully been attending 5:30 and 6 AM classes for as long as we’ve been open! Read below for ideas on best practices!

“Get everything ready to go the night before! Lay out your clothes (I have even heard of people sleeping in them…), have your gear bag packed, and food ready if you need it. Having everything ready gives you a few more minutes of sleep and makes it easier to get up and go!
